Go to Settings → Profile → Change Password. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it within a few minutes.
Go to Settings → Profile → Edit Profile. You can update your full name, phone number, and country. Your email address cannot be changed — contact support if you need help with this.
Go to Settings → Security & Data → Active Sessions to view all devices where your account is currently signed in. You can sign out from all other sessions from there.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Crypto deposits are typically credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations (usually 1–6 confirmations depending on the network). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Contact support if your deposit hasn't arrived after the expected timeframe.
Withdrawals may be pending because: (1) your KYC identity verification hasn't been completed, (2) the withdrawal is being reviewed by our compliance team, or (3) your account has a security hold. Check your email for any verification requests from us.
Limits depend on your account verification level. Verified accounts (KYC approved) have access to higher deposit and withdrawal limits. Visit Settings → Identity Verification to complete your verification and unlock full access.
Pending crypto transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast to the blockchain. For bank wire or fiat transactions that are still in a "pending" state, contact our support team immediately and we'll try to intercept it for you.
Trading
Tap the Trade tab in the bottom navigation bar to access the professional trading terminal. Select an asset, choose your position size, set stop-loss and take-profit levels, then tap Buy or Sell to open your position.
From the Home screen, scroll to Active Positions. Each open position has a Modify button (pencil icon) to adjust your levels, and a Close button (X icon) to close the position at the current market price.
P&L stands for Profit & Loss. "Today's P&L" shows how much your portfolio has gained or lost in the current trading day. "Total Gain/Loss" shows your cumulative performance since you first deposited. Green means profit, red means loss.
KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by financial regulations to prevent fraud and money laundering. It unlocks full account features including higher withdrawal limits, advanced trading, and full platform access.
You'll need a valid government-issued ID — a Passport, Driver's License, or National ID card. Make sure the document is not expired and all information is clearly visible. Some documents require both front and back sides.
Most KYC applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete. If your application requires additional review, our team may reach out to you directly.
If your KYC was rejected, you should have received an email explaining the reason. Common issues include blurry photos, expired documents, or mismatched information. Go to Settings → Identity Verification to resubmit with corrected documents, or contact our AI support for guidance.
